ItsYourNet and Homeland Security ItsYourNet has aligned itself with a WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) Internet Service Corporation that has developed a Wireless Internet technology so dynamic that it is sdestined to becime the dominant Internet Service Provider (ISP) worldwide With this technology the WiFi Corporation has the ability to broadcast the Internet connection signal via repeater towers from one central NOC (Network Operations Center), broadcast to distances of 40-miles without degradation of the signal, transmit through buildings, forests, and up to 20 feet underground, maintain a T-1 connection both UP and DOWN without degradation from the amount of simultaneous users connecting, and having managed to secure the signal with 128-bit SSL encryption where no firewall hardware is required. WiFi Corp. will quickly become one of the fastest growing corporations in the history of the Internet. Like any project of this size and scale there have been obstacles and delays. The latest problem concerns Homeland Security announcing late in 2005 that they were looking to block use of certain high- level signal frequencies in use by Television stations, US Military Communications as well as WiFi and WiMax industries. The WiFi technology has been designed and built with use of some of the high-level frequencies that Homeland Security is looking to block. This decision affects a vast amount of companies and industries. In early January Mr Gary Brown, CEO of the WiFi Corporation along with his 5-Attorney Team lobbied and testified before Congress, the US Senate and the FCC to urge Homeland Security to cease their attempt to block those high-level Frequencies. A decision will not be finalized by Homeland Security for up to 90-days past when Mr. Brown and his 5-Attorney Team lobbied and testified. The 90-days will be over at the end of April. 2006; however, a decision can and very well may be returned and provided to Mr. Brown prior to the end of the US Government's April deadline. After the meetings in Washington Mr. Brown and his 5-Attorney Team met with Mr Brown's 13-Billion Dollar financial backer to review the reports. The financial backer has authorized the deployment of "Back-up Coding" building the WiFi service on other signal frequencies that Homeland Security is not looking to block. This is extremely good news in that the project is not being killed, however, if the back-up coding with use of the other signal frequencies needs to be fallen back on, testing of the signal strength will once again need to be done, just as had already been done in the State of Arizona in mid 2005.
