Just a little tale to get you to thinking:

A factory Foreman decided to try delegating some of his management duties to his crew as a way to leverage both his skills and theirs.

He involved them in assigning each other to tasks, inspecting the quality of each others' work, seeing that the equipment and area was maintained, and other jobs he himself had done in the past.

Productivity went up, but so did managements antennae. One Vice President was especially skeptical. He warned against overestimating the workers capabilities, being too familiar with the workers, and risking a loss of control.

He asked the Foreman whether he wasn't afraid he'd lose his authority if his crew could do his job themselves.

The Foreman thought a bit and said,"Since I started giving it away, I never had so much authority." You see, what he had given up in control, he'd gained in motivation.

Remember that giving away great content will build your list and make you more money, they will be motivated to stay on your list, and buy from you down the road. As you know it takes 7-10 times for someone to hear from you and trust you enough to buy from you.

Online business takes time to build, just as an offline business does. Take your time, build trust and loyalty, and the money will follow.

If you have not already installed Firefox, this is something that I
highly recommend doing. This does not need to be your primary
(default) browser. However, I do use it for my default browser.

Firefox. If Internet Explorer is your primary browser, make sure to

evaluating a page. Once you have it downloaded and installed, take
the time to look around at all the different features.

If you right click on the icon after install, and select options, it
will let you select placement of it.

Right click on the icon will also show you a wide range of actions

The Emerging Butterfly

Here's a real-life example of dreams coming true with hope
and hard work and persistence paying off…and when
preparation meets opportunity, sparks fly!

Now, I'm not normally a fan of this type of music, AND
he doesn’t look great, he’s kind of awkward, and lacks
self-confidence (can anybody ever relate to that?). So
I am sharing them with you so that you will know that
YOU have it in you, too!
