The LEADERS we need are already here! Do you know that YOU are already a Leader?
A Leader is defined as anyone who wants to help, who is willing to step up and make a difference. In the "Old Days" Leaders were at the top of the heap by virtue of their title alone. Others were always deemed the "Followers". Leaders were expected to know all the answers and by force of will get the Followers somewhere or to accomplish something. By virtue of this model, Leaders held power and Followers did what they were told. (Sound Familiar?) By contrast, with the power of the Internet today's Leaders can emerge from any part of the world! Rather than being given the title, these Leaders choose for themselves to make a difference and take the action to do so. They see themselves NOT as experts, but as learners. Rather than focusing on heroism and control they focus on enabling others to succeed. Such is the MoneyLegs family of programs run by Doug Williams. He urges Leaders in Success Formulas, such as his Success Formula 2006. By offering his own unique programs to the world he virtually does away with the fear-based practice of Command and Control. You can receive 10 online eMarketing Success Formula courses for FREE just by joining one of his programs. If you are looking for a Homebased Business that will actually payoff, then you deserve to check out the Success Formula 2006 |

SIXTY USES OF VINEGAR, Part 6
In its various forms, vinegar can be a healer, a disinfectant, a
preservative, an acid, and a condiment. This list is pretty
impressive considering vinegar is a byproduct of something gone
bad.
All vinegar starts as alcohol, which is created through the
conversion of carbohydrates to sugar. When alcohol ferments,
it becomes acetic acid or vinegar. For example, a bunch of
grapes deteriorates to become wine, then wine ferments into
vinegar.
Vinegar has had its share of curative claims over the years. It
was once thought to ward off the Black Plague and prevent
scurvy. While these ancient "cures" are dubious, more
modern claims are not. Recent medical studies have shown that
vinegar can draw venom form a jellyfish sting and be used to
detect cervical cancer.
Whenever vinegar is mentioned in these tips, it is referring to
distilled white vinegar. If the tips call for another type of vinegar,
the specific type will be noted.
51. Add 1 tsp. vinegar to cooking water for fluffier rice.
52. Add vinegar to laundry rinse water: removes all soap and
prevents yellowing.
53. After shampoo hair rinse:
1 ounce apple cider vinegar in 1 quart of distilled water.
54. For a shiny crust on homemade bread and rolls: just before
they have finished baking, take them out, brush crusts with
vinegar, return to oven to finish baking.
55. Homemade sour cream: blend together 1 cup cottage cheese,
1/4 cup skim milk and 1 tsp. vinegar.
56. Boil vinegar and water in pots to remove stains.
57. Remove berry stains from hands with vinegar.
58. Prevent sugaring by mixing a drop of vinegar in the cake
icing.
59. Cold vinegar relieves sunburn.
60.When boiling meat, add a spoonful of vinegar to the water to
make it more tender.
