Gas vs. minimum wage

GAS PRICES vs. MINIMUM WAGE RAISES

Minimum wage in 1979 was $2.90 per hour. This does not include (people working for tips their pay is considerably lower). Minimum wage today is $5.15 per hour.  This increase is a whopping $2.25 per hour.

Price for gas in 1997 was .80 per gallon. Today average price $3.80 per gallon, my friends this is an increase of $3.00 per gallon.

I am not a math whiz but the numbers really do not add up.

The numbers above and “Down Sizing of American Jobs” is two of the reasons people are turning to the Internet.

  Unfortunately, innovative minds realize this and take advantage of people needing either extra income or the freedom to work from home.  

My passion is to try to help all those that will be turning to the Internet to add extra income to their home or those that want or (need) to work from home.

First of all some warning signs:

• Make thousands in weeks or months
• Make money doing almost nothing

MAKE THOUSANDS

First, let me address making huge money in a few weeks or months or a year for that matter. It does not work that way on the Internet (heck it does not work that way in the real world) so what makes you think the Internet is any different.

I WILL TELL YOU WHY

The difference is in real life your boss will not tell you if you work for me; you will be rich in 6 months. However, many on the Internet will.

If you start your own brick and mortar business, you do not expect profit for at least 2-5 years. If you do, you are only fooling yourself. It is the same on-line.

MAKE MONEY BY DOING ALMOST NOTHING

This one is almost laughable. I tell you what for the next 30 days go into where you work sit down and do nothing or next to nothing. (Let me know when you are fired)

Start your own business in the brick and mortar world; then do not go in to your business again sitting back doing nothing. (How many days were your doors open?)

Listen working for yourself on the Internet or off is hard work that takes focus never let anyone tell you different. There are good places out there that can and will help you.
