Is it risquy to travel?

    Today, I would like to give you my thought about what to expect when someone is travelling. Few days ago, there was an hurricane in Mexico. Hurricanes arise unexpectedly. They are surveyed by the wheather department and they can be followed with enough accuracy. Unfortunately, we never know what damages they will do. Sometimes they do a lot, others they are not too bad.

    When someone plans a vacation several months in advance, they don't know what will happen at the time they will be on their vacation. It is well known that during the period from now and september  it is the hurricane season. We could take our vacation other time from this period, but for many peoples, their vacations are during the summer season. So peoples are planning their holidays and when they are there and an hurricane happens to go by, what happens to the hundreds of dollars they accumulated to be able to have those moments of sand and beaches. In some case it is completly lost.

    I think that when we book for a vacation, we take some risks as to what will happens. We hope that the travel agent will make all the reservations with transports and with hotels . We hope that the plane will be on time at de departure and on the return. We hope that the hotel's room will be as comfortable as the travel agent or the catalogue describes it. We hope that everything that we are paying for will worth it.

   But what if there is a hurricane or else? Who is suppose to be responsible for the airplane that could not be on time or the hotel damaged by this act of god?
