Where is Your Focus???

What we focus on is what we will see.  What we think about often enough is what is created in our lives.  Energy follows thought, and where we put our thoughts is where we accumulate energy.  If we worry and fret over life's problems we give our energy to them and that creates torment for us.  Does thinking about how bad you feel over a financial debt pay the debt for you?  No, but if you spend your time thinking creatively and giving your mind a rest from disturbing thoughts, an answer to how you might erase the debt will have the chance and the room to grow.  Our minds can be our greatest assets or our greatest liabilities; it all depends on what type of thoughts we fill them with.
