DAYLIGHT SAVINGS - ONE WEEK EARLIER THIS YEAR FOR NEW ZEALAND!
New Zealand went into daylight savings this morning 30 September 2007
One week earlier than other years.
As it is a overcast day with rain coming in tonight (day 1 in day light savings) plus very strong northeries winds it is not noticeable at all.
Most probably the dairy farmers have noticed it this morning, as late last night New Zealand All Blacks, played rugby against Romania in the World Rugby Cup, New Zealand 85 - 8 for Romania.
There WILL BE some tired farmers as they would have gone to milk their cows this morning with very little sleep,
(having lost a hour in the change over 2 a.m. this morning).

Microsoft Windows must have patched my computer for the earlier day light saving change over as my clock is the correct day light saving time.
So life is pretty quite today as everyone in my household seems to be in Daylight Saving Mode.
(sleepy and quite).
New Zealand has three weeks longer this daylight saving season 2007-2008 - 2 weeks later in March 2008.
