Hi Team! The end of 2007 is upon us and we have accomplished so much. I am in the process of making plans for my business in 2008 and you should be too. 10k is better and stroger than ever and it is a great place to advertise, make friends and do business.

My wish for you all is success with your business endeavors for 2008 and a secret wish that you all have learned more about internet marketing since you have been with us. If you are just getting started don't fret! You are in the right place at the right time and all you need to do is plug in to our system. It will work for you just as it has worked for me.

Make the time to learn and know about all our programs and to ask questions of your sponsor. If they don't know you can always go upline to get an answer and someone will help you.

Hi team!

The great race is on! Rob has a contest from now until the first of the year and intends to reward the Senior MoneyLegs member with the most upgrades. Now would be a great time to work with your sponsor and team up to get some MoneyLegs signups and upgrades.

New ML capture have been uploaded to the site and you should use these to help you with your promotions. Simply login to your ML back office and look in the splash page area.

I am highly encouraging staying in touch with your uplines and working to make things happen for you and your team. Pick up the phone, call your upline and downline and lets get some activity going. Staying in touch is your key to staying successful and keeping your teams active.

Also Rob has resurrected the Internet Survival Tips blog and made it a "what to do next" tutorial for new sign ups. This is a great place to take new recruits after they sign up and give them a structured system for getting their tasks done.

Hi team!

I will be resuming my class and conference schedule for the rest of the month of October. Due to personal illness and long hours at my regular job, I have had to suspend these but now I am getting back into the 'rotation' and will be getting back to helping the rest of the GJW Senior team with training. PS: If you are a Senior MoneyLegs member, I would suggest scheduling classes on the master schedule so you get into the flow of training your downline.

There are new lead pages and a new front page for MoneyLegs. if you haven't checked these out already go check them out. Phone and messengers are the word when getting upgrades. Make a personal connection with everyone you sign up and get them talking to you about what they want to do online. Show them how a MoneyLegs upgrade can benefit them greatly.

Also a note on the new look over at the GJW forum. Great look, I especially love the comment "Community is KING" (no pun intended). Get over there and introduce yourself and ask questions abut stuff you do not understand. If you are knowledgeable, feel free to help out the rest of us who need your expertise.

Great things are on the horizon for all of us if we keep after it and stick to our plan to win. Keep promoting your urls, using the "Traffic and Leads" method to capture your leads and build some personal relationships with the people you bring into our community. Together, we will all win!

Hi! The Moneylegs credit bank is turning out to be a roaring success! With all the recent improvements, Moneylegs is going to turn out to be a great opportunity for you and your business if you seize the opportunity.

Take a look for a moment in your Moneylegs back office and start looking around. If there are resources you haven't used in awhile or don't know about, check them out and get familiar with them.

Also,take a moment to look at your Moneylegs Matrix located under "Matrix Stats" in the left menu. If you are really wanting to make a difference in your business and start earning some money, get with your upline and start working on a plan to get yours filled. Hi! In case you haven't heard, 10khits4unow is fast approaching having 25,000 members. That is a fantastic milestone for us and there is sure to be a great celebration when it happens.

Great things are on the horizon for the GJW Family of programs and our group in particular is seeing some phenomenal growth. Since the beginning of the year through your efforts, we have added some 200 members! Not shabby at all.

I encourage all of you to follow our lead generation system and to continue growth in your business. Start slow, stay profitable, and encourage others in your downline to follow your lead. Soon, you will start to see the success tat comes from having a solid plan for your business.

TsunamiGold Rides Again

I was rather surprised this week during the TsunamiGold contest when I ran out of credits! Yes my friends, the TsunamiGold traffic exchange is back and with a very noticeable increase in credits moving on the site. Latest estimates indicate an 8 fold increase in site traffic. That's what I call an active exchange.

Recently I gave a class on how the LG matrix inside of TsunamiGold works and lots of GJW family of programs members showed up. It was an absolutely great class and lots of good info was given out about the program including extra ways to earn credits, and the cool keyword ad feature in TsunamiGold. If you missed that one, I will be doing a follow up in the near future and you are all invited.

Also, a word about the changes being made in Moneylegs. The long awaited purge of inactive members is upon us. If you haven't logged into your Moneylegs site in a while, it would be a good idea to get back there and look at all the changes that have been made to better the site. The ML credit bank is working like a finely tuned engine and you should make sure you have all your "FOLLOW ME" Link directory ids filled out completely to take advantage of it. Inactives will be purged starting sometime after Monday of this upcoming week so don't take too long to make your visit. Use the Support function in other In-House programs to get your password reset or contact your sponsor if you've forgotten your id.

If you are not an active member of our group, there is no time like the present to get busy working on your success. Get with your upline sponsor and let's work on getting a personal success plan made just for you. Remember we are a community, and everyone helps everyone to succeed.

If you stay focused, work your business methodically using the 10k/Moneylegs success system, and show others how to do it as well you can't help but succeed. Help someone today and you'll see just what I mean. Success is a contagious thing. Get in the habit of success today!

Putting Yourself First

Welcome gang! You guys are a great team and I just want to take a moment to thank all of you for taking the time to read this. It shows that you are serious about your online business and are ready to get things going for yourself and your team. A special welcome to Ms. Shannon Whitehead who joined Carol Pinet's team and who is the owner of VisitorInvasion and Clicknads traffic exchanges. If you haven't joined these yet, I encourage you to go over and join. You can join Clicknads from your Moneylegs "FOLLOW ME" Link Directory. Get with your sponsor prior to joining VisitorInvasion so you both benefit together as a team.

My role here is just to mentor and coach. It is your role and responsibility to run your business and make the decisions on where you want it to go. "Putting yourself first" is what I call it when you start making the smart decision that you are working for yourself and that you will be the toughest boss you know, demanding only the best out of yourself.

What are some of the things you should be doing? Choosing to spend time doing the right things (building your list using the 10k/Moneylegs Traffic and Leads system, talking and communicating with your downline and building a relationship, developing your own presence online with your own domain/website and branding yourself with your own advertising).

That's what leaders do. They take the time to develop the right course for their business and avoid following the "whims" and "fads" of what is popular at the moment. In other words, they build their future and put themselves first with their business.

I challenge all of you to get serious about your success and start following the system and building your business. In the long run, it will pay off and you'll be glad you did.

Yes my friends, the Moneylegs credit bank is open and we are assisting both traffic exchange owners and surfers to reach their traffic goals. What is the credit bank and how does it work? The ML credit bank is a central location for exchanging credits into and out of several traffic exchanges. I won't go into details, but suffice it to say this is traffic exchange history in the making. if you want to know more, you can attend my class this month and learn the ins and outs of how it all works.

If you are not out there promoting Moneylegs and 10k, you are missing out! Soon, surfers and owners will be flocking in by the droves to take advantage of the new opportunity to use our credit bank and a Moneylegs membership will be worth its weight in gold! Make sure you are a member and have all those "FOLLOW ME" links filled in so you can take advantage of this opportunity.

Speaking of Moneylegs, we have a winner in our referral contest! Carol Pinet referred the most people during the contest and is the lucky winner of 1,000 Moneylegs credits! Now that June is here, I will be extending the team bounty of 50 10k credits when you promote your LCP and bring someone new into 10k. The same holds true for Moneylegs you can get 50 Moneylegs credits every time you sign up a new member. Get out there, use our LCP pages to recruit new members and get yourself some traffic in the process!

Also I want to go over the process for making sure you are filling in your ids in your downline builders and upgrading in some of the multiple income streams out there to take advantage of earning some income for your business. Downline builders are beginning to be a huge part of internet marketers bottom lines and it pays to have them all filled out if you can. I would suggest starting with the 10k DLB and Moneylegs "FOLLOW ME" link directory first. From there you can fill in your ids in the rest of our family of programs and then move on to the programs you are upgraded in to take advantage of those income opportunities. Some examples of income streams that are easy to take advantage of in your 10k DLB are Free Traffic Bar, DiveForIncome, and HitGusher traffic exchange.

For those of you who are reading this who have not taken advantage of our system, I implore you to get in now and start making an income for yourself and your family. There are more and more people seizing the opportunity to take advantage of our success formula and getting those multiple streams of income working for them. If you are keeping track of events in GJW Family of Programs, you will know that the big news is the Moneylegs Credit Bank is open for business. We have several Traffic Exchange owners who will be accepting credits from the ML credit bank and allowing you to exchange credits from their exchanges for ML credits. What does that mean for you? As a member of Moneylegs, this will mean additional power in getting the word out there to everyone you know just how valuable a Moneylegs membership really is.

This will also mean that the 10k downline builder and the "FOLLOW ME" link directories will be more important as it will be necessary to have all your ids filled out properly. Recruit people into Moneylegs and 10k, get them to take the time to fill out their ids in the downline builder and "FOLLOW ME" link directory and soon you will be staring at loads of potential multiple income streams!

I want to encourage everyone in my downline to take another look at the SUCCESS FORMULA . Study it, get familiar with it, and teach it to everyone you bring into Moneylegs and 10k. By just learning to duplicate these simple steps, you are putting yourself in position to create many income streams and provide an example for your teams to do the same.

Surf our In House exchanges, promote your 10k and Moneylegs LCP's, and make sure you fill in your 10k downline builder and Moneylegs "FOLLOW ME" link directory and you will be successful. I guarantee it!
