Personal Reflections for April

1. Refocused efforts on building my traffic teams. I am now focused on building a 1,000 person team in 10k because I believe it can be done. This is my goal within that goal.
2. Pushed emphasis on my strong points and basic care on my weaker ones. I'm expanding teaching whoever I can in my goup because I realize it is one of my stronger points. I am also looking at "inviting the world" to our conferences and getting the word out about Moneylegs eMarketing courses. On the basic care front, I am needling away at improving networking skills and getting word out to my group on phone and messengers (the tools of our enlightened era).
3. Creating more new leaders and helping them to accomplish their goals. There's nothing like seeing the light in someone's eyes when you show them the ropes and they start trying their own wings for the first time. Win-win for everybody.
