Doctor Knows Best

Well, as you have noticed I haven't started yet!

I talked with a few members and they suggested that I see a Doctor before I started to make sure it was safe. I did that on Thursday and since my blood pressure was a little higher then normal he gave me some pills to reduce my blood pressure. I was taking these pills but ran out a few months ago . It makes sense to ensure my blood pressure is under control before I start.

That day is Sunday June the 26th.

Well I started...but need to go back to the Doctor. My ankles are swollen and it could be many things. I'll play it safe since I am getting up there in age 21 for the 34th time.
Basically I am doing 1 min run 2 min walk 10 repeats.
I will do this for 1 week then up the running.

Drink lots of water, eat smaller portions
Take my vitamins
Go to the club and work out 3 times a week.
Swim at the cottage, take my dog for longer walks.
Weight......230 lbs most ever
In my picture I was 160-165 lbs
