Most people file tax returns because they've been led to believe they had a legal obligation to file and pay the tax; they don’t question it. They just do it. They get the forms, fill them out and send them back. They believe they're required to file a 1040 and pay the tax, without questioning why, and without any knowledge of the law. The public perception is that “Everyone has to die and pay taxes.”

Those who choose to learn more about the income tax system, and the laws involving its' operation, question the legal evidence which supports the consideration that the income tax system was fraudulent in its origin and is illegal in its operation and enforcement.

We watch, daunted, as our government refuses to respond to the most humble and straight forward questions from ordinary Americans about the legal authority behind the income tax and the substantial abuses of the income tax system.

America's Ponzi Debt Scheme

I'm a bit stumped.

Since the birth of the Intenet we've been bombarded with HYIPS, bubble games, doublers, triplers, randomizers, autosurfs, etc., etc., many of which have been looked upon as less than ethical and some, according to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), defined as PONZIS.

In light of the SEC regulations on PONZIS and the unethical business practices of many of these programs, a large percentage of good samaritans, had waged campaigns to inform the public of these PONZIS, in order to warn of the possible risks of prosecution and/or financial loss, and perhaps various other reasons of their own which we can only surmise.

Blogs, websites, forums, articles, newsmagazines, and other media venues resounded with the call to action for abandonment of these SCAMS and pursuit of legitimate, honest programs with comprehensive business platforms and ethical business practices.

Since it appears that some 300,000 people lost over FIFTY MILLION DOLLARS with the 12DailyPRO PONZI SCAM, it would seem that a great deal of this information and the warnings so labored upon had gone largely unheeded.

Why?

People want to make money. Today in America, usury and taxes take a large chunk of our earnings and put it into the pockets of the bankers. It seems that once government adopts immoral rules, others yield to the temptation as well, giving way to the belief that new standards are acceptable. The birth of The FED and The IRS in 1913 just may be largely responsible for the decay of modern American society.

Why am I stumped?

The U.S. Monetary System is a Ponzi Debt Scheme. The audacity of our servant government regulating the very practice they have imposed upon The People brings ambivalence enough, but many of those who provided the public service to patrons of the web are Americans. I commend their efforts; yet to my knowledge, there has been no such call to action whilst the greatest PONZI scheme in American history continues to press its burden upon every individual in America, unfettered and unchallenged by the mainstream.

Why?

Have we succumbed to apathy? Are we in denial? More and more government regulations prevent protest and opposition to their control while our self-annointed rulers bask in luxury. Now is not the time to be complacent. We must turn the tide with the winds of change. We must do it while we still have the liberty to do it!

Tracking and Monitoring With RFID Tags

A security company in Ohio has requested that two of its employees be implanted with electronic ID tags. A public school in California required its students to wear a badge containing an RFID chip. And there's a nationwide plan to implant the homeless with RFID chips before they're allowed to stay in homeless shelters or qualify for assistance. The U.S. Department of Agriculture plans to mandate the chipping of pets and livestock. The plan to chip all Americans for tracking and monitoring has begun.

RFID tags are microchips that transmit radio signals with a unique ID code. Costing up to 50 cents each, but with prices now dropping, it will soon be cost-efficient to put RFID tags in almost anything that costs more than a dollar.

RFID tags have been used in pet ID tags, toll booth passes, airport luggage, port operations, military supply shipments, casino employee uniforms, and would probably work well in corporate PCs, networking equipment, and handhelds. These uses of RFID chips seem to reasonably balance security and privacy.

Other planned uses for RFID tags are extremely disturbing to me.

Combining smart cards and RFID chips so I do not have to use cash or coins may be convenient but I'm not thrilled about targeted ads popping up as I walk through a store.

It may help car manufacturers and fight crime but do I really want my Michelin tires broadcasting every move I make?

Embedding RFID chips in the euro note may combat counterfeiters and enable banks to count large amounts of cash in seconds, but would also allow governments to track cash - the last anonymous way to buy and sell. And wouldn't criminals using RFID readers see how much cash I'm carrying?

There's talk about placing RFID tags into not only paper money, but drivers' licenses, passports, stock certificates, manuscripts, university diplomas, medical degrees,licenses, and birth certificates.

Like Wal-Mart, manufacturers plan to tag their products. There's no law requiring a label that an RFID chip is in a product. Once I buy my clothes, food, toilet paper, tools, and razor blades tagged with RFID chips, paid for with RFID-tagged money, and get into my car with RFID-tagged tires, I can be tracked anywhere I go and everything I own will be tracked.

Let's not be duped into the claim of solely increasing security with RFID chips. There are benefits in its limited use but the possibilities with this new technology are endless and frightening. We, The People, must monitor our servant government, and not willingly be monitored by.

Russo's New Movie Preview

If you've heard or read anything about Aaron Russo's new feature film "America ... from Freedom to Fascism", you may be interested in knowing that Mr.Russo has just released a streaming preview of the movie.

The The 95-minute documentary is being shown in advance of its formal release in select cities across the nation, and has been met with standing ovations and rousing enthusiasm in Tucson, Denver, Austin, Tampa, Hollywood, and Atlanta.

The film about the IRS, the Federal Reserve,the New World Order and the ongoing fight for freedom in America, will be previewed twice this weekend in Oregon, and in Washington on Monday. The screenings, sponsored by WTP Foundation and the Right-to-Petition lawsuit, will continue in  Illinois and Michigan the following weekend.

Protect Your Kids on the Internet

If you have children who use the Internet, you must know that many children give out too much personal information online.

A nationwide poll taken by the Polly Klaas Foundation of young people 8-18 shows that teens are at the highest risk. Half of teens 13-18 have communicated online with someone they have never met. One third have talked about meeting in person someone they only know online. One in 10 have learned that someone communicating with them online was an adult pretending to be much younger.

Families need to know what teens and children 8-12 do online, how predators take advantage of young people, and ways parents can help their children learn to keep safe.

The Polly Klaas Foundation helps find missing children, prevents children from going missing, and works with policymakers to pass laws like Amber Alert that help protect kids.
