The Constitution is Our Law
The Constitution of the United States is THE law of the land. No one is above the Constitution, including the President. The Constitution protects freedoms of individuals, not only groups. All laws which contradict the Constitution are unconstitutional, null, void, illegal, and NOT enforceable.
The government belongs to us, the people of the United States of America. Federal employees are our public servants. Most public officials in Congress and the White House violate our law and many federal agencies are illegal, according to our Constitution; The EPA, OSHA, IRS, and the NSC, to name a few. The federal government does not have authority to control our guns or to own our land. Yet we allow this progression of tyranny.
When do we WAKE UP, America?

Giving Thanks to the Fed?
Because the central bank is concerned about an increase in inflation, they say they'll need to change the language in their closely watched statements soon. It seems the Fed is concerned about what may happen to the economy if it keeps raising rates. Well, HELLO Board of Governors! CNN Giving thanks to the Fed Yes, we've criticized the Fed and chairman Alan Greenspan for raising rates and causing an economic slowdown. Who else holds the shipwreck of our economic woes in the vast sea of disaster? The good news? Greenspan's term expires at the end of January and he will probably be replaced by Ben Bernanke, a former Fed governor. The bad news? The Federal Reserve, a privately owned corporation, "independent entity within the government, having both public purposes and private aspects," "not 'owned' by anyone," "independent central bank," whose "decisions do not have to be ratified by the President or anyone else in the executive or legislative branch of government," "organized much like a private corporation, leading to some 'confusion' about ownership," who holds "interest on U.S. government securities," "interest on foreign currency investments," "interest on loans to depository institutions," and is "not subject to the congressional budgetary process." is "SUBJECT TO several levels of audit and review," "SUBJECT TO annual examination," to bring us "a safer, more flexible, and more stable monetary and financial system," and...well, you get my drift - will still be in control of America's finances. Abolish the Federal Reserve

Beware of United Nations
The U.N. Conference on International Organization was held in San Francisco, on 26 June 1945. The Charter, which included The Statute of the International Court of Justice, was signed, and the United Nations was born. Visions of World Unity, International cooperation, and World peace danced in our heads as did the sugar plums in the fabled "Twas the Night before Christmas". Upon closer scrutiny, however, the vision begins to blur and we can see very real and tangible differences in American Sovereignty and One World Government. A Universal Declaration of Human Rights operates according to the purposes and principles of the United Nations and not unalienable rights guaranteed to us with our Declaration of Independence. These principles include but are not limited to: - A global, one-world economy and a global, one-world religion.
- Federalization of all private property will prevail over individual rights to property.
- Absolute state control of all children.
- Five genders instead of two.
- Only one child per family; through forced abortions, when necessary.
- Control of ALL environments that support human life.
- Participation in anti-Biblical agenda.
The United Nations' agenda is based on doctrines and philosophies that are contrary to the Constitution of the United States and the Biblical principles contained within. We would do ourselves well to be wary, and read between the lines of the doublespeak. ......................................... Thank a Veteran
The date was November 11, the time 5 AM. After four years of conflict, a truce was signed by the Allies and the Germans; orders were given for all firing to come to an end, and the First World War was over. Weapons were laid down, whistles were blown, businesses were closed for the day, parades began, and the world rejoiced. The reflections of that day fill us with pride in the heroism of those who died and our gratitude for a victory which freed us from an ominous threat and gave America the opportunity to show sympathy with peace and justice. Deemed by Congress as Armistice Day in 1938, each November 11 would be dedicated to the cause of world peace, observed in schools and churches, and included religious services and parades. The name was changed to Veterans' Day in an act of Congress on May 24, 1954, in honor of the servicemen of all our wars. If you can read this, please thank a veteran. .......................................................... The Bankruptcy Bill
aka: Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and (Consumer Protection?) Act The mountainous level of credit card debt in this country has taken its toll on young, old, poor, and middle-class Americans. Penalty and interest rates have doubled in the past decade. Incomes are dropping and costs are rising. Millions live paycheck to paycheck, with nothing available to deal with emergency expenses. A car repair, illness, or a job loss can lead to debt from which we can never escape. Credit card industry lending practices multiply the hardship with exorbitant interest rates and high fees. Most turn to bankruptcy only as a last resort, having already paid creditors thousands in interest and fees, on top of repaid principal. 90% of all bankruptcies are brought on by the loss of a job, medical bills or divorce. [Enter Bill H.R. 685] approved by The House on 4/15/05 by a vote of 302-126. Creditors will be able to threaten debtors with new costly legal fees; those who can't afford to defend themselves will be forced into giving up their legal rights. Chapter 13 plans to save homes and cars will be very difficult. It will be easier for landlords to evict a tenant who is in bankruptcy. Creditors will be allowed to provide misleading information, giving a false sense of financial security. How has this bill been passed? Finance and credit companies gave more than $8.2 million during the 2004 election. MBNA employees and PAC gave more than $1.5 million. They spent $5.2 million on federal lobbying in 2003. The American Bankers Association gave more than $2.2 million to federal candidates during the 2004 election.

Mich. v. Campbell
Ever been on a major busy highway and stalled out in the fast lane? I have. And let me tell you, it is a horrifying thing. First, there was the shock of realizing the position I was in and that I was completely helpless. Looking in the rearview mirror, almost as if watching a movie screen, you see vehicles speeding toward you knowing that inevitably, at any second one is about to crash into the rear of your vehicle. Coming at you with amazing speed, you watch in horror as they veer around you upon seeing your blinking emergency flashers, left with no choice but to steer into the next lane into oncoming traffic. A Michigan police officer turned onto such a highway from the emergency turn-around into oncoming traffic and was killed. The young man who crashed into the officer's vehicle has been charged with murder; the state claims that because the young man had been drinking, it was an intentional act. Moral judgements aside, I hardly see murder as an appopriate charge; I'm absolutely certain that the young man had no intention of setting out to kill a police officer that day. And I'm also quite certain there is no way of knowing the accident could have been avoided, had he been sober. Fact is, had the officer himself obeyed basic driving rules and yielded to oncoming traffic, he would still be with us today, and a young man would not be facing a life in prison for a tragic accident. ........................................................... Imagine and Realize
Imagine a trial where you're not allowed to question your accusers about the law or present evidence about the law, even though what the law actually says is the only question before the court and your entire defense is based on what the law actually says. Imagine a trial where the judge refuses to allow any defense witness to testify as to material facts regarding the criminal charges. Imagine a judge imposing contempt of court charges totaling years of incarceration for attempting to talk about the law during witness questioning.
