DOJ Lawsuit

Twenty-five years ago Bill Benson, a former Illinois Department of Revenue investigator, began a trip across the states of the Union in 1913 seeking evidence regarding the ratification of the 16th Amendment. The government uses the 16th Amendment as its sole authority to tax an individual’s wages and salaries.

Benson had assembled a mountain of evidence attempting to show that during the final days of the Taft administration, the 16th Amendment was fraudulently declared by the U.S. Secretary of State, to have been properly ratified by the requisite number of state legislatures. Bill Benson, and his co-researcher, documented the results of their work in a two volume research report entitled, “The Law That Never Was.”

Now, as the result of a court battle now being waged in Chicago, the USDC will Hear the 16th Amendment Fraud Issue. Stay tuned.

Look Whose Life Bush Destroyed

Bush cost me my job, my kids and my houses.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to speak my mind. I lost my job this past year. When Clinton was president I was secure and prosperous, but in the last year, we had to close our operations. We simply could not compete with foreign labor. This foreign labor worked for low pay under very bad conditions.

They worked very long shifts, and many even died on the job.

This competition could hardly be called "fair." I was forced out of the place where I had worked for 34 years.

Not a single government program was there to help me.

How can Bush call himself "compassionate?" Far worse, I lost two of my sons in Bush's evil war in Iraq. They gave their lives for their country, and for what? So that Bush's oil buddies can get rich. My pain of losing my sons is indescribable.

While it is trivial next to the loss of my sons, I regret to say that I also lost my home. I simply have nothing left. How can Bush call himself a Christian when he neglects people like me? I am a senior citizen with various medical problems. I'm not in a position where I can begin a new career. I was reduced to the point where I had to live in a hole in a ground, all because of President Bush.

And when the authorities found me there, did they have any compassion for my misfortune and ailments? No, I was arrested. Mr. Bush, I dare you to look me in the face and tell me you are a compassionate man! I dare you to look me in the face and tell me you are a Christian. If I had any money left, I would donate it to the Democrat Party.

If Al Gore had been elected in 2000 I would still have a job, a home, and most importantly, my dear sons!

Another Great Depression

Following Hurricane Katrina, approximately $781 billion will be added to our debt, a 50 percent increase from all of America's previous history.

In time, evacuees will return, and order will be restored. Businesses will recover. Mardi Gras will be celebrated again. But our children and grandchildren will pay an even higher price than previously predicted for our refusal to face the reality of a failed economic system.

Looks like 1925, and we're headed for 1929.

Right to Petition Lawsuit Dismissed

The First Amendment purports to provide a guarantee of the primary methods for exercising accountability. Of crucial importance is the Petition clause, which unlike the other clauses (which enable personal expression, belief and association) brings the People and their government into a direct confrontation, and results in a public declaration of individual Liberty or governmental Tyranny.

Petitioning the government for Redress of Grievances seems to be nothing less than a peaceful rebellion of citizens seeking to keep their government in its proper place: as a servant of the People, created through a written Constitution for their service and protection.

It is now the law of the land that  the right to petition the Government has been abolished by the executive and judicial branches of our Government.

U.S. District Judge Lawrence Karlton has ruled that the Pledge of Allegiance reference to one nation "under God" violates school children's right to be "free from a coercive requirement to affirm God," which prevents the recitation of the pledge at the Elk Grove Unified, Rio Linda and Elverta Joint Elementary school districts.

I have to ask Michael Newdow - what example of values are you setting for your daughter? As an attorney and a medical doctor, you are among the ranks of power that oversteps its boundaries and places itself above the glory of God. Thank God San Francisco does not represent America.

"In God We Trust" is our national motto. This is not some Christian, right wing, political slogan. We adopted this motto because Christian men and women, on Christian principles, founded this nation. Our First Amendment gives every individual the right to express his opinion and we will allow you every opportunity to do so. Once you are done complaining, whining, and griping about our flag, our pledge, our national motto, or our way of life, AND wasting the taxpayer's money, I highly encourage you take advantage of one other great American freedom, THE RIGHT TO LEAVE. You should seriously consider a move to another part of this planet.
