Succeeding in MLM Part 1

When you present your business opportunity to a new person, use a story to present your information. Don’t get into compensation like the bonus plan unless they specifically ask you to. Show them how they can fire their boss.

Develop a career plan that includes MLM as a way to own your own life. Use a checklist to make sure you cover all the points with your new recruit. You want to make sure the new lead is coachable.

Working with a cold market is very difficult. You can be confident that a good system will help you succeed. A good comp plan is a must. Good computer skills are nice, but not absolutely necessary. The compensation plan is not the most important thing, but it is one of the 5 pillars.

A conference call with your mentor to a new lead can be very helpful. Attending the annual convention for your company can pay huge dividends. Some companies call their team distributors. Developing a solid down line is very important to MLM no matter what business you are in.

A system that has a down line builder will help you build your team faster. Duplication for your team’s success is very important. The higher the earnings, the more people will want to join your business. With a good system, you can have an endless supply of new leads daily.

Being an entrepreneur, can be lots of fun and very good for your career. When you own your own business, failure is not an option. Your plan should include follow up with every new lead. Getting fresh MLM leads can be easy with a good system.

Working from home is quickly becoming the way to make good money. Many people quit MLM out of frustration. You should establish goals for your business.
