Maintenance Tidbit: Since you use your computer for business purposes and probably do a lot of surfing, your computer will probably slow down to a point it will no longer perform like you desire. The best way to keep your PC is peak operating condition is to make sure you get rid of temporary files and other "trash" your computer collects.
First let's get rid of all that trash! How do you do this? We strongly urge you to obtain a free copy of CCleaner (no affiliate program or benefit to us) and run it several times a day. You will be surprised the number of temporary files you get rid of especially after an hour's surfing! We have ran CCleaner right before we started surfing to make sure everything was clean and ran it again after we finished surfing and gotten rid of 90-100 meg. of trash our PC was trying to keep track of! So get CCleaner and use it multiple times a day to help your Pc run more efficiently.
GOFER's Rant - Downline Integrity - Reality or Joke? Sorry if you didn't get to read the many posts made in The Members Forum earlier this week about this subject. It all started as a normal forum post by Sean Supplee of VisitManiac asking "You have a downline builder right?"
However the viewpoints differed as much as daylight and dark and some posts were just downright silly! Being a member of the GJW Family of Programs, I was not going to sit idly by and not let the forum know how I feel as well!
It all comes down to this: Either you think you have the right to just promote any link to the entire membership with the owner being the sole beneficiary (at least tell members that is your business model) or you believe in downline integrity where you promote your link to your front-line team members and then they in turn do the same until the entire membership base has been reached.
How can you maintain any downline integrity when you as the owner are constantly promoting YOUR links to the entire membership yet want you to only converse with your downline members?
True any traffic exchange or downline builder owner has the right to do as they see fit BUT...
Don't profess to believe in downline integrity and the principles followed by GJW and we ourselves believe in; then expect to be able to promote something new to the entire membership base when you feel like it.
I was so glad to see Rob personally standup to those who violated the TOS of the aforementioned programs. Rob did the right thing because downline integrity is what he has always professed to be one of GJW's guiding principles AND let the world know about it in a forum posting that definitely stirred up emotions of every kind.
How do you think programs become successful? Unless I'm totally off my rocker here, it takes people aka members to make any membership-based organization a success. So why rape and pillage your members while you profess to support downline integrity and take actions so contrary to that belief? Sean - shame on you - we only hope you learned your lesson - you can't profess to serve only chocolate ice cream and then serve vanilla ice cream instead!
Next Week: Hopefully we will get back on track to discuss the use of a modified version of Fred Langa's data backup script. We will even make it possible for you to obtain a complimentary copy!
Live Training Conferences - What's your Excuse? You can always learn so much more info when you attend a live, interactive conference or workshop. We dare you to try one of our conferences listed here! Just follow the instructions to download the conference software and we urge you to start your week by attending our Sunday General Conference at 9:30PM eastern time. Heck you never know what you are missing...and YOU could win a great prize as well!
This Week's Lesson: Step back and think about our Rant above. How would you handle this situation? Do you have the personal convictions to stand up for the principles of your life?
DISCLAIMER for GJW Solutions LLC Members: We and The GJW LLC Solutions Family of Programs promote downline integrity. If you are a member of one of our programs then be sure to check with your sponsor and use that program's Follow-Me Directory or Downline Builder to join a new program If you do not belong to any of our programs, then feel free to join us using this link and welcome to our team.
George, What else can I say but RIGHT ON! I was sitting on Thurs night so frustrated cause my mic was broke. Probably better cause I may have lost my professionalism. I work very hard to recruit a team and I will be damn if I want someone who has done absolutely nothing to help that person or recruit them to take money out of MY POCKET! What gives them the right to do that. I know it is their program and they can do what they want but if they actually sat down and put themselves in our shoes I think they would realize that downline integrity creates a situation where EVERYBODY WINS!. Thank you George for saying Thurs nite what I could not! Take Care Buddy! DaleThomson

Your Rant is right on George. And it begs the question
that if a program owner cannot play fair with the very
people who build their business, then what does that say
for their personal integrity as well?
You heard my opinion at that meeting and you have read my
posts in both our forum and the one where it all started. Rob IS to be commended for calling a spade a spade. If he made a few other program owners squirm, then so they should.
Who wants to work with people who literally steal from you?
If it was only the replacement of dollars in question here, we could recover it other ways, but how do they replace the trust we had in them when we joined them?
