Literature and the Love of Lifepresented by Dr Kelp2007-11-06Book RecommendationI have just completed a funny book that has some great turns in the plot. It is called Jumping the Queue by Mary Wesley. Mary went on to write a number of outstanding novels including the Camomile Lawn one of my all time favorites. Mary has a light and engaging writing style that packs a punch when you least expect it. Keep well DK Posted at 07:37:17 PM | Post Comment | Read Comments (0) 2007-11-04Some new thoughtsThought 1 Gives out positive comments to people at a ratio of at least 5 positive to 1 negative comment. Research has shown that this will boost your positivity and energy levels as well as empowering those around you. Thought Two If you have a good education use it in public to make thoughtful contributions in the civic space. Speak the truth as you see it, be reasonable and be prepared to stand up for your beliefs. This was brought to mind by listening to a series of podcasts on iTunes relating to the Scottish Enlightenment.

Research has found that this ratio is the magic one that fills you with energy and energises those around you.
