The new member that you just casually tell what it is you do will not be active very long, but this same individual guided into classes and trainings will be with you until they find something that fits them. Now, if you take this same individual and guide them into actually working WITH you at all levels, making sure they understand everything thoroughly, including conducting training sessions themselves, you will have much more than a downline member on your hands - you will have a superior network marketer with unwavering loyalty. Are you watching and understanding the changes that have been and are taking place within the Family of Programs?
