  This is a different can of energy drink . I find that this drink seems to build a  nutritional power house of  health and well being for me.. Another great thing about  is that it comes in both regular and sugar-free. Each can yeilds a moderate 80 milligrams of caffeine. that i seem to l tolerate well. Most people who are sensitive to caffeine will  be able to beneifit from the vitality/performance and alertness provided..

Some energy drinks have caused me to experience a crash and burn effect. I have not experienced that effect with this energy drink..

Clutter And The Desktop

The Cluttered Desktop

Does your desktop have too many icons, files and programs on it? Can't see the forest for the trees?
Want to organize your desktop? Remove the clutter? I cleaned up my desktop and organized all my files in
two places on the task bar. I find that this organizational tip not only eliminates the cultter from my desktop, it also saves time.



First you will want to create a "New Folder" You do this by
clicking anywhere on the desktop. When the menu comes up click on "New" then on the submenu choose "New Folder". When the folder icon appears on your desktop you will need to name it. Chose a name that is descriptive of the files you put in it.  For the sake of this guide, I'm going to call it "programs"

Next drag and drop all your programs, browsers, shortcuts, icons and documents into the programs folder. And repeat these steps for any more folders. Don't forget to use a different name for each folder.

Next

 You will then need to copy this folder from your "Desktop" to your "My Documents folder "(to copy a folder to "My Documents", right click the "programs" folder and choose cut. Then  select the paste, to  paste the folder. Don't forget to copy each folder to "My Documents" for each folder you create. Right-click anywhere on the taskbar and go to "Toolbars then choose New Toolbar" browse to were you placed you're "programs" folder and select it and click ok. You should now have a button on your taskbar that, when clicked, will open up a menu with all your items in it.

When icons begin to appear on your desktop  don't worry. Just drag and drop the program onto the Start Menu, when it opens then drop the program into the correct folder on your start menu. You will then see the  new program listed  when you open your task bar menu.

Earth is called the blue planet due to it's blue appearance and it is also 2/3 water.

Recipe for Cleaning Vegetables

1 cup water
1 cup white vinegar
1 Tbsp baking soda
20 drops of grapeseed extract
Mix. Pour in a spray bottle. Spray Veggies and let stand a few minutes then Rinse off. Veggies are ready to use.

Clean your Cache before every conference,
  shut your computer down, then again after the conference ends..

A clean cache will improve your computer's performance  and  it will take less time to run your programs.

Instructions to clean the cache in Internet Explorer7:
Click on Tools,then choose Internet Options. Under the General tab,
go down to browsing history, and choose the delete button to delete
temporary files, history, cookies,  and saved passwords and web form data.
 After you hit the delete button, a browsing history tab will open
choose the Delete All button at the bottom of the page.

Instructions to clean the cache in FireFox 2.0.0.12:
Click on Tools, choose Options, and then click on the lock
 icon , go down to cookies, and click show cookies when the
cookies tab appears. Go to the bottom of the page and
click Remove All Cookies. Next,  go to  Private Data and
click Clear Now, a clear data tab will appear, click Clear
Private Data then  click ok and you are done.

Do you use the FireFox browser? Although FireFox is a more reliable and stable
browser, it leaks memory. If you use FireFox as I do then you should shutdown
and re-start your computer every 3-4 hours.
