1. What is it?
        Respect!!!  That is the most important word you can remember when it comes to downline integrity.
           Respecting the privacy, rights and emails of your downline.  They signed up under YOU in whatever program
you belong to for one reason, the same reason you did, to make MONEY.  NOT to supply more people to YOUR
DOWNLINE in other programs that you belong to.

2.  Why is it important?
        Lets use an example to explain this:
           You go to the bank and open a bank account.  You have several people depositing money into that account on
a regular basis's.  These are people that "work" under you and of course they are also getting money deposited into their bank accounts from people who are under them.  

Then one of your down line (employees) tells you about this really great program they joined and how it is making them money.  And ask you if you want to join.  You  check it out and ask them where they found it, since it does look like a good program.  They tell you that John Doe sent them an email about it with the link to the website included.
           When you hear the name of the person who referred them you get upset.  Because he is YOUR "employer"/sponsor in the other programs and you wonder why HE didn't send you the link first or post it in the down line builder area letting YOU have a chance to join first and then giving you the chance to introduce it to your down line.


   Now to put this example into contest.  When you join a Traffic Exchange or any program where you build a down line
You earn money or credits from those who sign up under you.  The first level of your downline always brings in more then  those farther down.  So of course you want to get as many in the first level as you can.  So your first level is making you money ( depositing money in your "bank" account").  Then your UPLINE ( the person you joined under,or the owner of the program) starts sending your downline emails about this great new program, and offering them money or credits to join from that link under them.
Basically stealing your money, the money (or credits) YOU would have made if he would have listed this program in their downline builder, or follow me directory.  Giving YOU the chance to join the program first then when YOUR downline joined from their back office areas You would get the credits (money).  Which of course would be more then your upline will make, since they would appear in their second level.

3 Advantages 
   1) Your downline grows, your income (credits or money) grows.
   2)  Your downline grows closer to you as their sponsor

4. Disadvantages
  1)  Joining under several different sponsors can be very confusing
  2)  When you "steal" someones downline members for programs you want to build your own downline in you lose respect from your downline.
 3)  You are risking losing members because of it.
 4)  Other members are also apt to lose members because people get tired of the "spam" emails they keep getting From your Up line/program owner  or from YOU if you are also doing this.

When anyone practices these things it's a lose lose situation.  If everyone keeps the integrity of their members downlines, Everyone WINS!!!!
