Goodbye To My Sister Carol
Sometime during Carol's lifetime she started telling her kids that she loved them. I would be over Carol's house and she would be on the phone. "Bye, Connie, I love you" or "Bye, Danny, I love you". Then it carried on to her grandchildren, "See you later, Ashley, I love you" or "Have fun, Riley, I love you". It was downright embarrassing for a he-man like myself to have such a wimpy, sentimental grandma for a sister. Last Thursday, I called and wished her "Happy Birthday!" on her 60th. We only talked briefly as she was quite tired. I said I would call back in a few days when she was feeling better. Carol said, "Bye, Billy, I love you". That was the first time she said that to me and those were her last words to me. Goodbye, Carol, I love you!

Meeting New People
Building relationships, meeting new people and getting connected are all key ingredients of life, whether you think in terms of business circles or social circles. I have found two terrific programs online to expand your circles. Both can be joined for free. Direct Matches is an exciting, new tool and opportunity to meet people with similiar likes and interests to yours. There is already a lot of buzz being generated about this hot start-up. You can join Direct Matches by clicking here. Another, more established, people-connecter is Linked IN. I have connected and re-connected with several friends and my circles keep growing. This program is designed primarily for business-oriented persons. You can join Linked IN by clicking here. Both are worthwhile if you are at all people-oriented!

Getting To Carnegie Hall
The visitor was lost while wondering around New York City looking for Carnegie Hall. He stopped a distinguished looking gentleman and asked, "Sir, could you tell me how to get to Carnegie Hall?" The distinguished looking gentleman replied, "Practice, Practice, Practice!". You see, the gentleman he asked was a world famous conductor of a symphony orchestra that played Carnegie Hall often. He knew that nothing comes easy. Whatever you desire is achievable but you must work to achieve it. There really is no better time to be alive than right now. Opportunities abound. Get busy!
