There are many reasons why fellow network marketers may give up on their dreams of becoming independent of the rat race. Independent of a job that destroys their hopes and dreams of being financially free and doing what they choose when they choose. Many of those reasons are because of situations beyond their control. But the good news is that it is possible to earn income online and have that freedom we dream about if we go at it the right way. This is the first part of a series that will lay down some ideas, tips if you will to help along the long journey home. In my opinion, the major problem and why most online businesses fail if lack of focus. You must focus in on what you want to achieve and how you will get there. After all, how can you expect to arrive at your intended destination if you do not have a roadmap to follow? Writing down your goals for your business is the first step in your Road To Success in 2008. Short Term (0-6mo), Intermediate Term (6-12mo) and Long Term (12-36mo) goals are the keys. Write each one of them down along with each objective you must accomplish in order to achieve each goal. Assign a timetable for each objective and check yourself daily! This way you can adjust your actions if necessary to make sure you stay on track! Hold yourself accountable for the completion of each task. Hello Team and welcome to another part in the series...Drive Your Business To Success And Earn Income Online In 2007! Last week we talked about 8 guidelines to setting worth wild goals. This week I want to talk a little about what to do once you have written down the goals that mean something to you. The first and most important step is to create objectives (steps if you will) that will help you to keep yourself on track. Decide what actions you need to take in order to bring yourself closer to achieving each goal. Write those down and set due dates for each. Most importantly you must keep yourself accountable to the timetable. Maybe at the beginning of each month decide what objectives you want to accomplish and then break that down to the steps that need to be taken each week and day to keep yourself on track. Check each task off as you accomplish it. This is also very important as it will fuel the fire that burns inside of you to achieve each goal. Secondly, form a master mind alliance with someone who will support and help you along the way. By this I mean share your goal or goals with someone who will share your passion and help to keep your on track when you falter or just plain want to give up cause things are not going as planned. They can help you analyze your actions and maybe suggest ways to adjust those actions to get yourself re focused. Thirdly, check yourself daily to see that you are spending your time completing tasks that will get you to your final destination. If you are not where you planned to be then re focus and continue. Doing this daily will help you eliminate getting side tracked and doing things that are just not going to get you where you need to be. Hopefully, this has given you some ideas about how to continue to do what it takes to be a successful business owner and Drive Your Business to Success in 2007!
