STORMPAY.com - 12DailyPRO.com and the Online Payment Processors FREEZER BURN!

I think what bothers me the most when this kind of situation happens,
is the number of idiots that classify all pyramid style programs as a PONZI.

There is a very distinctive difference.  Pyramid style business models run most successful Fortune 500 companies,
massive military structures, churches, court systems, auto dealerships, fast food restaurants, and lots more.
ALL of these businesses offer a product and/or service for the end consumer.

A PONZI on the other hand, is simply a fairy tale structured to relieve as many people as possible of their money in as
short a time frame as possible.  The idea usually is to make large payments, ( seed payments ), to a few people who
then tell all potential suckers that, "YES, this really works" and the frenzy begins.  I could never understand it myself.

You can likely list off dozens of cliches on this issue, like,
"if it looks too good to be true - it usually is too good to be true"
but people just seemed compelled to hand over their savings or retirement funds in a test of fate.

Obviously, if this 'great deal' was a great deal, and as 12DailyPRO claims, they can guarantee you a 3,000 PERCENT
return on your money in 12 months, anyone on the stock market, pension funds, mutual funds, foreign governments,
EVERYONE would be investing.  Anyone with $1,000,000,00 laying around would get back 30 MILLION in 12 months.

It's on the Internet for goodness sake, if it were true, and LEGAL, do you think so much effort would be spent trying to
convince you to cash out your 401K or RRSP accounts.

So, think about it, if you paid $3,000 to 12DailyPRO and expect to receive $90,000 in return in 12 months, perhaps
you need to cut back your medication or hand over your monetary decisions to someone a little more restrained.



STORMPAY - Definitely a NEED to Create a C.Y.A. Event:

We have held a number of Live VOIP eMarketing Courses on the issue of StormPay, their servers being down,
 DOS  ( denial of service ),  and the fact that StormPay has froze dozens of member accounts of people that use,
or are suspected of using, one or more of the known SCAMS and PONZI scheme programs currently on the Net.

It seems amazing the number of people getting upset with StormPay over this issue.

Apparently most people fail to recognize the perilous position that StormPay is in with financial liability.

As an online payment processor, StormPay has placed themselves as a 'middleman' between sellers and buyers.  That
means they are responsible to every purchaser for the funds paid to StormPay on behalf of a retailer/seller.  So when
12dailypro.com decided to remove a lot of money, ( apparently over $400,000 ), that would immediately place StormPay
and it's owners, in a very risky position if 12dailypro.com chose to close and leave for parts unknown.

All online payment processors, StormPay, PayPal, Cache Card and many other online payment processors, have their
own merchant agreement with the major credit card companies.  Part of the process for most people using a credit card,
is their guarantee to file a charge back against any business that fails to deliver a product or service paid for with a
Credit Card.  Since in fact, most of these people paid StormPay for the 12dailypro service, the refund would come from 
StormPay.

Herein lies the problem.  Normally, StormPay would then just charge the refunded payment amount to 12dailypro's StormPay
account as a debit.  But, if, and I say if, 12dailypro.com owners have no funds in StormPay and possibly have become
difficult to contact, StormPay would still refund the money to the purchaser and then go through a lot of time and expense
in an effort to be reimbursed by 12dailypro.com

If 12dailypro did have $400,000 frozen by StormPay, and they are, as they conceded, being investigated by the FBI and
State Security Exchange Commission authorities, then this is likely one of the smartest moves StormPay has made in the
last several months.   This amount of money would likely involve thousands of people.  If they file for a 'chargeback' with their
Credit Card company rather than a straight refund, not only would StormPay need to refund the money spent but would have
the additional financial burden of paying a 'chargeback' penalty of round $25.00 for EACH purchasers 'chargeback'  request.

No matter which side of this issue you choose to agree with, the final decision will be that of the US Federal Courts.  As the FBI,
 A number of State Security Exchange Commissions, ( and other agencies ), complete their investigations, we can be quite
certain that a lot of the latest members will be reimbursed their 'investment', while a lot of the earliest 'investors' may be on the hook
for all the monies they received from 12dailypro, AND, may face charges as to being instrumental in helping orchestrate this PONZI
and collecting monies for their participation.
