Today I would like to talk more about asthma and its risk factors. Though we can not always prevent asthma from occurring we can help to lessen the chance of affecting triggers and become healthier.
Below are some of the Risk Factors of Asthma:
1. exposure to cigarettes: either by smoking or second-hand.
2. Allergens
3. Family History: having other with asthma in your family raises you risk by 25%
4. Infections
