Tips for Dust Allergies

Salutations All!
I am on a roll tonight! Well just wanted to give a tip on Dust Allergies. Let me know if you have any other ideas always interested in hearing more!
Tips:
1. Wash Pillows and Pillow Cases regularly: They trap dust and dust mites! Yuck!
2. Spay Bedding and Mattress down regularly: This holds millions of dust mites and bacteria which irritates allergies as well as causes colds and infections.
