12DailyPRO PONZI Confessions to the FBI:

There were several members of our 3STEP.com Leaders group that became heavily involved in these 'get rick quick' schemes disguised as 'autosurf' programs. There was no doubt in my mind that a lot of people would end up losing money they could not afford to lose by getting involved in these thinly veiled PONZI Schemes. SO, we rewrote our 'terms of service' to stop accepting all types of websites I felt were directly or indirectly promoting these PONZI Programs. We didn't stop at just autosurf programs, we included all programs that were asking for large payments from subscribers with no apparent product or service appearing to match a value for these large 'investment' requests, ( usually $500.00 and UP ). We eventually had to include restrictions against 'email capture' pages since they were using these in an effort to bypass our PONZI bans effective our in-house manual visitor exchanges and related programs. We introduced these 'program restrictions' to our T.O.S. in late 2004, and have suffered with the loss of some business because of our stance. A loss I was willing to live with since I had no intention of letting these 'scam artists' use our programs to fleece people out of their money. It took a year, or so, but the hammer of justice has descended on the PONZI Operators with a resounding clamor. In January 2006, ABC4 TV news for UTAH aired a news report generated by local university officials, Click HERE, to view the news report, ( you may need to use IE ). This report seems to have been the straw that broke the camel's back. 12DailyPRO owners seem to begin their wrap up campaign, people started complaining to StormPay that 12DailyPRO claimed these people did have commissions being paid through their respective StormPay accounts, if the money wasn't there, it must be an error on the behalf of StormPay. It took little time for StormPay officials to recognize a problem was brewing so immediately FROZE all 12DailyPRO and related member StormPay accounts. ( see STORMPAY.com - 12DailyPRO.com and the Online Payment Processors FREEZER BURN! ) It took no time at all, everyone got drawn in to the GREAT 2006 PONZI FIASCO. BBB, FBI, State Security Exchange Commissions, Consumers Protection Agencies, newspapers, online news reports, television shows and of course, dozens of BLOG Publisher entries. The final phase would almost be funny if it weren't for the fact that so many innocent people were getting burned in the process of this financial collapse. The bright spot for many may be simply that life experiences often invoke the response, 'if it doesn't kill you, it will make you stronger', and hopefully wiser. Make no mistake, the FBI are making all of the noises to suggest that 12DailyPRO is running a high end, high dollar volume PONZI and all people involved will go through an intense investigation. By now, most people involved in the 12DailyPRO PONZI are aware of their vulnerability to possible legal and monetary liability. Now to the reason for the title of my article, "12DailyPRO Participants Send Confessions to FBI:" oddly enough, these confessions will also likely alert the FBI to several other online PONZI Schemes disguising themselves as legitimate Internet Programs. To understand this statement, read the LEAF CHRONICLE newspaper article for February 11, 2006 Auditors dig into frozen StormPay accounts FBI asks BBB for records from probe into online payment processor For more details to the subtitle above beginning with "FBI asks BBB" access the article from the above link and read down to the third paragraph where it states "the FBI has requested it receive all records the agency gathers from the BBB's investigation of complaints about StormPay and associated businesses". Now in case you might not understand why the FBI would want these approximately 19,000 registered complaints, it is very SIMPLE. They are about to begin investigating where all the money went that the 12DailyPRO PONZI has collected. Since 12DailyPRO has been operating for some 8 months, and according to the natural laws of a PONZI, there has to be a number of people in early enough to have pulled out multiples of thousands DOLLAR$. It is very likely that a huge percentage of these 'statements of involvement' sent to the BBB will contain all kinds of additional information making the FBI's tracking of the money much simpler. I'm sure many of these complaints to the BBB are quite detailed and very specific about dates and money amounts. If you were one of the 'early' members of 12DailyPRO that pulled out a large cash return from 12DailyPRO, you might be wise to seek legal council BEFORE you are contacted by the FBI. The following is a clip from StormPay's TOS, it is based on laws that cover the use of StormPay in promoting a PONZI, or any other bogus 'investment scheme'. ======= begin quote ====== StormPay does not permit the processing of payments for any illegal program and our Terms of Service expressly prohibit the processing of any payments for any illegal Ponzi or Pyramid scheme. Our Terms of Service do expressly provide: “17. Get Rich Quick" Schemes: Get Rich Quick Schemes are prohibited resell items by StormPay. Get Rich Quick schemes include any type of self-employment, start-up businesses, or investment opportunity where the claims of profit or returns on investment are unrealistic or unsupported. By law, if a business opportunity costs $500.00 USD or more, the promoter is required to support any claims regarding earnings or profits with written documentation. ======== end quote ======= So if you received a lot of money via the 12DailyPRO PONZI and spent it, you may start thinking how you can pay that money back when the FBI contacts you.
