I firmly believe anyone can come online and build a successful Internet Business.

That said, I would like to offer you an actual case study on how your success can offer you headaches that are sure to become part of your day to day business process.

I have been online 8 years and have operated my own programs for over 7 years. Having spent my first year being cleaned out of money I could ill afford, I decide with my sales and management background I could offer CyberCitizen's a more solid and affordable platform to learn the skills to earn income online.

Before long I was enjoying steady growth and success and the people joining my programs began to escalate, GO VIRAL - That is a point were those joining your program begin to make your growth move far faster than you could possibly do on your own efforts.

Not far behind this was the toughest part of my online success development.

Dealing with PONZI pushers, SCAM artists and Cyber Sidewinders ( people who want to learn online success skills for the wrong reasons ).

Strangely enough a lot of folks that wouldn't be caught within a mile of a Sidewinder on the street seem to flock around Cyber Sidewinders on the Internet.

Following is a profile on one of our 3STEP Leaders that evolved into one of these sidewinders and the process undertaken to remove him from our programs and membership rosters.

I will NOT use the actual names of people involved.

I've had the opportunity to see many of our members learn our success techniques and go on to build a strong ethical Internet Presence, others are coming through the learning, but there is always a percentage that go down the twisted route.

This article will highlight a very important lesson on preparing yourself for a few of the negative issues one must deal with running a successful ONLINE business.

It matters little if you have business owner experience or some lengthy employer/employee background, you should see issues, cause & effect of what actions you would take, and the repercussions that inevitably result from your decisions. If you are a younger netrepreneur or a naive older person, simply think of this on simpler terms.

You have purchased a barrel of apples,
you have built a demand to supply that many apples every month.
On the 10th of the month you notice one of your apples has started rotting rather quickly.

So here is the question, do you:

A] continue to serve apples daily by picking good apples from the farthest distance from the rotting one hoping the rot does not spread ruining many other apples

or,

B] remove the bad apple to the disposal, check & remove the other apples if infected, rinse off the remaining 'good' apples, and go on with a minimum shortfall to the end of the month?

Again, this is only a loose scenario, when the 'rotten' apple is a person being remove from your online business, they rarely finish rotting quietly, they scream, holler, threaten and abuse. Sort of reminiscent of a flame just before it sputters out.

RED FLAGS START POPPING UP:

The following information was based on one of our 3STEP Leaders who began embracing a program format that is always a PONZI scheme and is definitely illegal in most states and provinces in North America.

This program was based around a concept that was/is commonly referred to as the "Australian Two UP". When you get into a program like this, it may call for one, two, three or more of the first people you refer, who make a purchase, will have your commission from these sales pass you and move UP to the top, most often the company. Often if these PONZI Schemers are smart and with a bit luck, they find people who have an over inflated ego, some level of success and a strong contact base. They compliment this person silly and usually with little serious effort, recruit this individual into pushing the PONZI to their contact base. Up to this point our 3STEP Leader was moving ahead with sound success, but once he bit into the forbidden fruit of "easy money", he never seemed to recover his original business ethic or integrity.

ORIGINATING DERAILMENT:

This *ISSUE_with_our_3STEP_Leader* started about 10 months ago when I told him that the program he was pushing everyone into was a SCAM & a PONZI and I would no longer allow their links, including those from his program, on our exchanges.

He totally flipped. He had the owner call me and they gave me a sales pitch, they promised to supply me with a letter from their lawyers, so I allowed them to promote on our exchanges for the short term. NO LETTER every arrived and I was still watching this program closely. I became more convinced it WAS a SCAM & a PONZI, so I blocked any further promotion of *YourEasyStreet* from our in-house programs. OH YES, they are GONE! go to GOGGLE, http://www.google.com and type in *youreasystreet*, it seems they have DISAPPEARED?

When you track down registration of the domain name "youreasystreet.com"
it was registered through TWOCOWS.COM
for ONE YEAR!

That "REGISTRAR-HOLD" classification usually means they let the domain name lapse.

ONE YEAR registration for such a hot shot program?
Sounds like a planned *HIT_and_RUN* to me.

Anyway, let's get to the point.

*YourEasyStreet* was a program our 3STEP Leader made a *LOT_OF_MONEY* with off of the backs of his personal program members, PLUS, he was quite verbal about being a 3STEP Leader

That's when I told him I wasn't comfortable with a high profile 3STEP Leader promoting this type of SCAM & PONZI along side our programs, SO, he had to choose 3STEP or *YourEasyStreet*.
He led me to believe he would go with the *YourEasyStreet* program.

Why didn't our 3STEP Leader leave and move on with his new love *YourEasyStreet* ?

After all, *YourEasyStreet* was an *UP* program, and this type of program has been banned in most states and provinces in North America for years. *YourEasyStreet* was working the *TWO_UP* version of this PONZI and our 3STEP Leader was bragging he had over 150 members PAID in his *YourEasyStreet* Frontline. That would mean 'he' got the commission on every frontline member after his first two paid sign-ups, the first two rolled UP to the company.

PLEASE follow the math:

All the commission on HIS frontline = 150
All the commissions on the first TWO that HIS frontline referred = 150 x 2 = 300
All the commissions on the first TWO that HIS frontline's frontline referred = 300 x 2 = 600
All the commissions on the first TWO that HIS frontline's. frontline's frontline referred = 600 x 2 = 1200

Are you seeing the pattern, this literally claims to run on to infinity, so in four levels our 3STEP Leader would have collected commissions on 2,250 people. In reality, I would be amazed if TWO people HE personally referred made over $100.00 for their efforts working the *YourEasyStreet* program.

On the other hand IF *HE* was telling the truth about HIS personal paid members in *YourEasyStreet*, HE would have literally walked away with several thousand dollars.
2250 people x $20 = $45,000.00

ALL of which came out of the pockets of those people he claims to care about, the people he CLAIMS he is mentoring and protecting.

My guess is that halfway through his exit from 3STEP *HE* realized his love *YourEasyStreet* WAS NOT paying anyone, in particular any person that was expecting $45,000.00.

Hence, his turn around, and his decision to remain in 3STEP.

Everything might have turned out okay, except, our 3STEP Leader had sampled the forbidden fruit, *EASY_MONEY* from *YourEasyStreet* .

HE was HOOKED!

Although our 3STEP Leader had the desire, HE couldn't come up with an idea to generate this fast easy money. It drove him to frustration, he began lashing out at people for almost any excuse, he attacked other 3STEP Leaders he felt were moving forward faster than he was, he started jumping at ideas, ANY ideas, in the hopes he could bring about his own version of a *YourEasyStreet* to life. Since his PONZI infection this 3STEP Leader has continued on a downward spiral. He has developed paranoia, serious aggression habits and open irrational behavior combined with a combustible temper running out of control.

Running a business with someone that's jumped the rails as bad as this 3STEP Leader did is a little like being told you have cancer. It is in the early stages and you should be fine with an operation (removal) and medication. Sensibly you remove the cancer, go through the healing process, and get back on with your life.

Well Folks, I have removed the cancer from my business, it was a bit rougher than I'd hoped, but the healing process is working. This BUSINESS CANCER, has been cut out, we are healing just fine and we do appreciate your vigilance and support as we move back to business as usual.

Building a successful business requires you do your due diligence, make decisions based on sound business practices and then act upon them.
