It came in the mail so it has to be true yes? There it is in big bold caps from "WILLIAM BOURNE - NOTIFICATION............YOU HAVE WON"

We all like to win so we open it to find we have won some ridiculous amount like £552,000,00 (Five hundred and fifty-two thousand pounds sterling - 2006 of winners of the UK NATIONAL LOTTERY ONLINE PROMO PROGRAMME held on Saturday the 6th of September, 2006."

Is it true? NO! Just like a North American favourite that hits our snail mail, it is a teaser copy. Unless you have actually bought a ticket, then you are only eligible to win this fantastic amount of cash if you respond and play the game.

Then there is Frank Whyte - REFERENCE NUMBER:UK/839030X2/14 Heck this promoter is so unprofessional, he uses a hotmail address.
