The lesson of the fence post.

What is it that makes some people rejoice at the opportunity to forever learn something new. and, get right into testing it, yet can make so many avoid the thought as though someone had dropped the devil at tea time?

I have to admit I was the teacher's worst nightmare all through public school. I was so bored in high school, I dropped out and signed up for a business course.

That's when I learned the truth about my learning needs. I was hungry for something real, something I could not only learn but use. I completed a year's course in four months. This training took place at a private school of sorts where the teaching was intense and the opportunity for a hungry mind to be well fed was available.

The honors degree and several diplomas for Stenographic skills still stay rolled in a safe place as a reminder of what a mind can do when focused. There are times these days I need that refreshing reminder. Not because I have ever paused in my life since that awakening, but because it helps me understand the fear that produces a litany of excuses for not settling down and focusing in on the learning phase too many people use to avoid the very success they are seeking. It may be, they are not hungry enough .. yet.

I smile when I look at those degrees, thinking of the 16 yr old who grabbed opportunity by the tail and ran for her life never looking back. I have to wonder if these people ever had a dream. Did they ever want anything bad enough they were willing to sacrifice for? Does anything they want now, worthy of their dedication to learn, or is this just another playing field that feeds their life-long habitual need to complain?

Imagine waking up one day to realize you made yourself over, into a securely rooted fence post along a field of beautiful flowers banking a sparkling stream, finally realizing you aren't there to protect the beauty you never enjoyed but there to keep yourself away from all that might have been.

Whine Served With Plenty of Cheese Please

Have you ever met one of these people whose 15 seconds of fame in their lifetime, will end up being unable to tell you what their favorite 'whine' was?

For every second they come up with something good to say, something of value you can really latch on to, up comes the proverbial glass of 'whine' because someone did not think they were the latest and greatest since swiss cheese.

The funny part is they are quite judgmental in what others can say or do. Picking apart and damning for lack of allowed controversy or opinion is their war cry - followed by the proverbial "whine" "you did me wrong - why are you picking on me? Please somebody ,make them stop"

I am blessed with a close relative who acts in the same manner. They have a tongue for the antagonistic "I" that rules their lives but not the shoulders for the responses their attitude creates in turn.

Damn they are smart as a whip! But when that egocentric "I" bursts forth in full bloom, they cannot understand how or why they are so misunderstood - so victimized - in their eyes.

Their Law of Attraction is ' notice me. See how smart I am?' Then comes the controversy they demand is their right, but cannot deal with when pointed their way. Someone disagrees with what they have to say and whammo!

Cheese with that Whine anyone?

In reality, the best advice may be to ignore these people. You would think eventually they will blow up and disappear or at least change their attitudes. Nice wishful thinking. When "I" demands the whole hearted support of "we" and does not get it, then the circle of "poor me" grows exponentially.

There is not much left to hope for other than the fact that one day they may wake up and realize they need to deal with their own accountability for actions that bring them to this place they are so
unhappy about.

Are You Consciously Lazy-Minded?

A lot of people object to it even being suggested that they are lazy in their on line work, but truth is, lazy can be exactly what the doctor ordered or it can be the cause of root failure.

In either case, the bottom line seems to be are you a naturally lazy person, in practice, or a victim of not being in charge of your thinking practices?

What changes empower the Lazy-minded?

Lazy-minded, to me, means I have fully automated as much of my work as possible. Now I can kick back and watch the results roll in. If you are putting in 16-hour days and not seeing good results, then you definitely are a victim of not being in charge of your thinking and acting processes.

You would definitely need to change the way you look at where you are to get to where you want to be.

All the things you desire, from the most basic to the most involved are within your power to create in your reality.

Thus this power, that you possess, is better understood once you get in tune with your mental processes. How you think, why you act as you do, assessing the results of your actions, which in turn, inspires a new light of understanding, allowing new confidence to shape your destiny.

Lazy-Minded Conundrum?

If the attitude of mind depends on what we think, if we must be before we can do, and only to the extent of what we are, then does it hold that what we are depends on what we think?

I don't think we need a psychiatrist's couch to help us recognize that the world within is governed by our minds. That with this discovery, we can control the power of the world without, control our choice of actions, and empower ourselves to find the solution to every need.

What the lazy-minded personality needs to understand is all possession is based on consciousness. That all success is the result of accumulated consciousness. All Loss is the result of a scattering conciousness.

The lazy-minded grow through conscious thinking

The structure of this theory is easily proven by you. If you jump from one program to another without rhyme or understood reason, then your conciousness is scattered.

Most marketers that fail, try to change effects by working with effects. They fail to see that this is simply changing one form of distress for another. This is a subjective process and the results are seen in an infinite variety of conditions and experiences.

To remove discord, or to change results for the better, it is necessary to remove the cause, and this cause is best found within the parameters of how we think.

All growth is from within. Recognition is a mental process. Mental action is therefore the interaction of what we think upon the outer physical plane of what we attach our thoughts to.

This mind bending does not include the subconscious. That is the referee of our final decisions. No matter how someone judges our expressed thoughts or deeds, this internal cousin of our consciousness will have the final word.

Will it be truth or fiction, honesty or error, ease of understanding or downright terror? This choice often rests with the guardian of our purest thoughts, the conscious mind.

Federal Reserve owns You

Normally, I do not deal with political issues in this blog but this news headline caught my eye ."Fed chief's new fear: Inflation The economy still faces slower growth prospects but increasing inflation concerns could "complicate" the Federal Reserve's efforts to stimulate the economy, Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke told lawmakers today."

My immediate thought was how this news would affect you and me, cutbacks in jobs, higher mortgage interest charges and maybe plain losing assets we have worked all our lives to earn?

Sometimes these headlines are fear mongering at best and other times the changes they do evoke are down right too darned truthful fo rcomfort.

Changes - Federal Reserve - Inflation vs Deflation

My first thoughts in research, brought me to an informative conclusion. Dear Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke may have been appointed by President Bush to head of the Federal Reserve BUT that is where the power ends.

The British Crown, or the British monarchy is the owner of the Federal Reserve. This is their real secret. The strategy of the Federal Reserve is their other secret. How's that bit of news for thinking the United States had cut their ties to Great Britain with the war of 1812?

That secret is the debasing of your currency. That keeps inflation high or on the rise when gets too low - [ keeps country building tax structures, you poor and government coffers filling] and watches out for deflation which can totally destroy a country when all is running below an accepted norm.

Well I got off track here a bit but not really. In times like these it seems that real gold is the way to save. Real gold never loses complete value and goes up faster than it comes down.

No matter where inflation or job cutbacks come into the picture, the investment in owning gold will cover you through the hard times.
