New Help Desk- Our Premier Support system!As with any new system; it has flaws. Once you click on SUPPORT in your member’s area to submit a support ticket, you’ll notice your site’s member ID and email have already been entered for you. Here’s the Flaw- The email MUST be a working email, and you must actually USE this email. **Do Not Change This Email** Unless you change it in your acct. First! The help desk will send you a email with your Username, Password, and a link to view your ticket. The password is only good for that particular email. Keep in mind, that if that email is associated with any other of our programs, then you’ll be able to view any support ticket using that email.
