News From GJWSolutions LLC:

"GJWSolutionsLLC announces today that Rob Gehring will be stepping down from his
position as co-owner and partner effective 12/31/07. Rob has sold his interests to
Robert Palmer, owner of MysticalMaze.com. Rob will continue in his current capacity
until the end of the year, and would like to thank Mike Jeter (partner), staff and
trainers, and all the members of the GJW Family of Programs who have been so
great and supportive over the years. Robert Palmer will assume Rob's duties 1/1/08;
it is great news indeed that the business will continue to move forward and members
should feel confident that the excellence of GJWSolutionsLLC will continue under the
solid guideance and management of Michael and Robert."

Now, for my personal story:

Let me start from the beginning, back to the year 1999 to be exact. This was the
year that I first joined Moneylegs and met Doug Williams. To be honest, in the first
few years I was busy with other endeavors and paid my membership no mind. I
had become frustrated being involved in programs that just did not provide much
other than make the payment and wait to get paid. I began reading some of
Doug's writings in the Moneylegs Training Section, and was hooked (what a wake up
call). I purchased the domain of 10khits4u.com from Doug while joining all of Dougs
Traffic Exchanges and his 3Step Program. It was actually through 3Step (known
today as SeoSquid) where I purchased my first domain. I really didn't know what to
do with it. Contrary to popular belief (myth), Doug help me realize hosting my own
website and was the inspiration for the movement of 10khits4u from a lead capture
concept into a traffic exchange. I was a proud and productive affiliate of 3Step while
10k blossomed in a super supportive community. During this time Doug also taught
me to step up as more of a leader, encouraging me to host conferences and take a
more personal approach to business. I met Mike Jeter before 10khits4unow became
a traffic exchange. Mike was the 2nd lead I ever generated online. Mike has been
my partner and friend ever since and I owe him a debt of gratitude for being the
steady cool behind the scenes driver of GJWSolutionsLLC. Yours truly, admittedly,
is more of the "Heart on the Sleeve" guy with a very passionate approach to
business.

What a great team, Gehring and Jeter! When Doug passed away in 2006, myself and
Michael made a critcial decision to purchase the portfolio of programs he held that
were endanger of closing forever. We did not want to see such a great legacy of
Training and Development go away; hence, we made the purchase. At the time,
we had added our second program to the mix, a program called 10khits4uSolutions.
It brought live workshop training to the domain and hosting realm; for the first time
putting the power of web realestate into the hands of many. The influence of
10khits4uSolutions can be seen today in the SeoSquid Program; which offers
domains, hosting, workshop training, and up to 6 Traffic Exchange Upgrades.

Now, for an event that transformed my life. I have worked in the service industry
since graduating from College. Retail to be exact. The highlight of this endeavor
was being named Sales Manager of the Year for two consecutive years in a very
large retail store in the Pittsbugh Market. I have to thank my wife for being the
inspiration to challenge me to move from the sales force into the management
realm. I give glory to her and the Lord Jesus for all the success that I have had
since I met her that wonderful day in 1995. We met online, if you can believe that
one.  :)  Anyway, one of the things that I have tried to bring to "Internet Marketing"
is the service approach that I have learned in my offline persuits. Treat your
customer right, and you will be rewarded well. Hence, relationship marketing which
also takes a page from the Direct Selling/Network Marketing Industry. Like many
online, I also worked a full time job. It is interesting that some see this as a
negative, but I would have to wonder how they feel someone is going to make
a sustainable income from day one. I earned my first lead, my first dollar, and
everything in the beginning from scratch. It was fun to watch the income continue
to grow; and like all marketers dreamt of firing the boss and living the work at
home dream. In 2003 I received a life wake up call for sure. My daughter was born
pre-mature by 6 weeks; at a very low birth weight of 2 lbs. A decision was made
for me to stay home and care for her; which was, is, and always will be my first
priority - - - family that is. Secondly, I had an opportunity to expand and work my
online business and am proud to say that is was during this time that 10khits4unow
was born ( a Top Ranked Traffic Exchange now with 30000 Members, an alexa rating of
about 18000, and a ranking in Traffic Hoopla as high as #9). During this time
also, 10khits4uSolutions was born and the acquisition of the Doug Williams portfolio
occured. With almost a year and a half under our belts; GJWSolutionsLLC has made
 great improvement to the infrastructure of these programs. Not all visible to the
naked eye. Trust me when I say that was some challenge to take on, but I am
proud to say that GJW is on the right track and will be a major player in the
industry for a long, long, long, time. What a great opportunity the last four years
have been to watch my kids grow and this business grow. I can still see my
daughter in her high chair calling out for more green beans, carrots, squash, or whatever.
She was sure a good eater back then. Wow, the backyard baseball and football games
I had with my son......and we saw Jerome Bettis's last game as a Steeler (Regular Season);
the year the won the Super Bowl. Boy, what a great day that was. We stood in applause
along with the other 62,000 fans there as The Bus took a victory lap around Heinz Field,
as he later did in Detroit that memorable February day. (Super Bowl Champs!)

So, the sands in the hour glass pass and here we now move to Mid August 07 with
my daughter a dainty four year old princess and my son a strapping ten year old lad.
Though business fortunes were on the up-swing, certain personal events required
me to add full time offline employment to my plate. Coupled with young children
who were seeing dad less and less and a alarming fatigue overcoming my being;
a decision needed to be made. I began searching for a replacement to handle
the awesome responsibilites I have with GJWSolutions LLC. You see, to me, I
take great care and committment to my responsibilities. It became clear that the
sake of my family and my personal health and the best interests of GJW needed
to be front and center. I found my replacement in November of this year,
Mr. Robert Palmer, of Mystical Maze. An honest and upright owner whom we have
personally worked with for many years. I can think of no better man to assist
Michael, the staff of GJW, and our great membership in the coming months and
years. Thankyou Robert for taking on this great responsibility, I have no doubt in
my mind that you will do a great job my friend.

So, just to set the record straight, this arrangement has been in the works long
before downline integrity, the downline integrity brigade, or any of the ongoing
controversies have been in play. Just to be perfectly clear, my duty to my family
and my personal long term health are what prompted me to make the decision I
have made. Folks are free to say what they like; I'm sure they will. To them I
say God Bless, I wish you well. I'm sure you have families too and people that you
care about. Be sure to look after them first, focus on your business next.
I have literally and figuratively had my back turned to them for some time; that is
now about to change. (I hear them cheering in the background.)

Finally, I would like to encourage you to join me in my final conference representing
GJWSolutions LLC on Thursday, December 13th, at 10pm est. All our welcome and
I plan on making it a fun evening of memories, story swapping, and a few walks
down memory lane. I will try to keep emotions in check..........TRY is the operative
word. Also at this time changes in the Moneylegs FollowMe Directory and all the
GJW Downline Builders will be discussed including an upcoming fresh coat of paint
to the classic Traffic and Leads (Course 8) found in your Moneylegs Backoffice.

Due to abuse of our Free Posting System; we are going to have to manually approve all Free Member Blog Posts. As you recall, Free Members are only allowed to post  blog entries that are non-business related. Other than a basic signature line, they are prohibited to promote commercial material. The simple solution to this is upgrading to the Commercial Blogging Package for only 5.99/mo. Rest assured that Commercial Members will not be required to go thru the approval process. Another great reason to become a GJW Commercial Blogger today! Keep in mind that we have Training at Moneylegs regarding Blogging. Refer to the Blogging and Winning Course. Also, you should be able to craft Blog Entries without being logged out before you hit submit. We still recommend using the NVU editor for your Blog posts. Again, part of the previously mentioned blogging and winning course.

OTHER INHOUSE TRAFFIC EXCHANGE NEWS

Number of credits earned while surfing TsunamiGold has now been integrated into the surf bar. This will help you tell whether we are in double surf or not. To see the current earning levels check the Upgrade Link in your TsunamiGold back office. Credit ratios modified as well.

The 30/30 Plan in all the exchanges except 10khits4unow. Place all of our exchanges in one surf group and go for the gusto! Details on setting up surf groups are in Moneylegs Class #8, Traffic and Leads. Clickaholics was the first exchange on the 30/30 Revamp list. If you are following the 30/30 Plan, and are at least surfing 30 Sites Per Day in Clickaholics and your activity number is 30 or close to that; you should be seeing the results in improved traffic delivery. LemmingRun, ViralClassAds, and ViralVisitors have now been revamped too; you should see an increase in your traffic delivery in these too if you are keeping your activity number close to 30.
