A bit of a hectic week this week dealing with some unexpected issues in the 10k World; but, as always, the show must go on!

- 3Step, Blackholeseries, and SeoSquid Clarification.....The Final Chapter.
After the Month End Commission Run, we will begin deleting accounts that do not have a payment attached to them in SeoSquid. There is no 3Step......there is no Blackholeseries. Both of these programs combined to form SeoSquid. If you happened to have accounts in both; you received the same amount of SeoSquid Accounts. Your login may be a number or it may be a username. It is irrelavant at this point and should not be a point of concern. Just decide which account you want to keep; and which payment applies to which account. Otherwise, this will be decided for you. If you have multiple accounts with multiple subscriptions; we will assume this is your intent. If you have accounts with no payments attached; they will be deleted. Get the word out to those you think may not be paying attention to the newsletters. We thank you for your co-operation in this matter and please CHECK YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.

(Once downgrades/deletes commence in SEOS there will be a subsequent trickle down into the accounts of other programs that were part of the upgrade and any hosting as well.)

- BlogEstates Update: It is increasing apparant that there is a disregard for the stated TOS regarding Free Members posting commercial material. Going forward, accounts will be suspended and ultimately deleted. If you are a Free Member, I suggest you check your Blog and remove commercial material/links. We will allow a link in a signature line and that is it. If you scan through blogs periodically; please report any violations of this policy and we will take the necessary action. Accounts will be reviewed to verify payments as well; so only active paid accounts will retain Commercial Status. We are looking for a long term solution in Blog Estates and are considering manual approval on all posts which will hold up publishing but would solve the issue at hand.

- Moneylegs/SWARM Update: Check out the 10 FREE Courses in your Moneylegs Backoffice. The Free Class Material leads you to our powerful SWARM Training which begins 8/28/06 for approved Moneylegs Senior/BlogEstates Commercial Members. You must be upgraded in both plus have a hosting account which you are fairly well versed in. Well, I was a bit over-zealous here. With the amount of Live URL's at TsunamiGold it was not possible to do this. However, if you were in the 700-750 range at T-Gold and met all the other requirements above please send a support ticket to be considered for the prize. The credits in VCA, VV, and Lemming will be handled automatically and since I ran the contest thru 8/26; I need to wait till Sunday night to run the routine that will assign them. We will take a week off from the contest but will resume with one with the surfing dates being 9/1 - 9/8 and everything the same as above except TsunamiGold will be reduced to 750. The keys to move traffic in these exchanges is the following:

A. More Live URLS (To this end we are systematically releasing them in all programs to create more viewing content. We are always using the 10khits4unow Site TOS which is a bit more flexible while also having structure and zero tolerance for certain issues.)
B. Reduction of 100% Uniqueness (100% Unique views are great; but we feel a 50 - 75% Unique Rate does not compromise the integrity of the exchanges will increasing traffic delivery and advertising exposure. Studies have shown that multiple ad exposure can be effective in moving the advertisee to action.
C. More referrals (New signups are the life blood of the most productive exchanges so to that end we will be offering some referral contests in the exchanges to bring in new members. Consistent referrals adds a new dimension of dynamics to an exchange and new eyes on your advertising is always a plus too.)
D. Reduce Surfing Restrictions (We have eliminated the 250 Site Max Limit Per Day at TsunamiGold and as far as we know the other exchanges do not have this restriction.)
E. Continuation of Surf Challenges to create fun, excitement, and surfing!

We feel that the combination factor of these objectives will make a positive influence on the delivery of traffic to your sites which is always (or should be) the stated intention of any traffic exchange or advertising venue.

Moneylegs Family of Programs Update 3

Slowly but surely getting up to speed so gear up for a GREAT Fall Season!

Let me now cut to the chase regarding where we are at with some of the issues you may have been experiencing:

- Let's clear up some confusion about 3Step, Blackholeseries, and SeoSquid

3Step came first in about 1999 or so. In late 2005 Blackholeseries.com launched as a separate
program with additional tools, resources, and great educational material. A decision was made by the previous owner to merge the two programs together. All 3Step and BlackHoleSeries accounts were
converted to Seosquid accounts (The New Entity). So, for those with multiple accounts you may keep them if you wish. It is up to each individual to decide this though; and cancellations should be done by the member themselves. Downlines cannot be transferred from one account to another unless the cancelling account is directly below the keeper account. Any exceptions to this must be approved via admin thru the support ticket system. Features like tracking or saved splash pages cannot be transferred from one account to another, no exceptions. Please help us get your accounts cleaned up by communicating through the support ticket system which is found in the members area of each of our programs in the family.

- Continue to use the Support Ticket System to report issues. I would also encourage you to bring us up to speed on your accounts and especially the paid ones. Don't assume subscriptions are active; check and verify them in case they were cancelled by a payment processor which sometimes happens. Definitely at some of the processors, when you change credit card details your subscription can be cancelled. So be safe and CHECK YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS. Very soon paid accounts will be deleted or restored to Free Status if a payment is not attached.

- We have added the conference scheduler to Moneylegs for Senior Members to host a conference. The conferences are based on the 10 Moneylegs Free Courses and these classes will resume Monday 8/21. To check the schedule and room details click below:

We thank our SWARM TEAM for kicking the training off but I would like to put out a call to action to all Senior Moneylegs Members to step up and host a conference. You can stay with the 10 Class Moneylegs Material or go off the board and talk about a feature you like in a certain program or related topic. If you decide to host a conference beyond the 10 Free Class Material you would use the other option in the Drop Down Menu. Again, the schedule a conference feature is available for only Senior Moneylegs Members and is located in the lower left portion of your ML Backoffice in the Senior Member Options Area. Keep in mind that all Members can distribute credits to their exchanges but Only Senior Members can transfer credits to other members. The conferences are based on the 10 Moneylegs Free Courses and these classes will resume as soon as we get the programming finished. Other courses related to our programs can be offered using this feature as well. Hosting a conference is a great way to hone your leadership skills and master the material within the 10 Free Courses. We will let you know when these classes become available. In the meantime; be sure you join Moneylegs from your Followme Link Directory and begin review of the Free Classes. This will ultimately lead you on a path towards our SWARM Search Engine Optimization Classes and our premier SEOSquid Upgrade Plan. Stay tuned. - Speaking of SWARM, please submit a support ticket if you would like to be included in the next round of training. We hope to begin this training sometime in September. Our First Newsletter - Nice to Meet Everyone

Hi Team!

In case you did not hear; Rob Gehring and Mike Jeter (GJWSolutions LLC) have acquired the programs within ZSWAZ (Formerly owned by Doug Williams). This includes SEOSquid, Moneylegs, BlogEstates, ViralHost, ViralDomainnames, TsunamiGold, Clickaholics, LemmingRun, ViralClassAds, and ViralVisitors. The circumstance for the programs being put up for sale were the untimely passing of our mentor Doug Williams. In honor of him and with respect to his legacy we will retain his articles and photo on this blog and publish our weekly newsletter from here as well.

First, a little about Rob and Mike. Rob Gehring has been with the ZSWAZ programs for over four years. Rob purchased his 1st domain from Doug which became his brand (10khits4u). In the four years with these programs Rob became not only a top earner but built multiple teams 4 levels and deeper. Rob also began volunteering as a class instructor to help others attain good results as well. To quote Rob......"I consider Doug my first mentor online and he helped me build a foundation online which helped me achieve results which would not have otherwise been possible. I can only hope to administer these programs with the same passion and committment that Doug displayed for many years. Big shoes to fill indeed." Mike Jeter has also been with the ZSWAZ programs for many years; and became acquainted with the programs via his System Administration duties at 10k. Mike will function more on the technical side of the operation; but you will be seeing him around as well. Feel free to contact us for support, questions, and feedback.
