How To Set & Achieve Your Goals To Earn Income Online &

Drive Your Business To Success In 2007!
In the first part of the series "How To Set & Achieve Your Goals to Earn Income Online" we discussed in general the importance of goal setting as a critical tool to help maintain focus during business development and through out your career as an Internet Network Marketing Consultant.  In this part of my goal setting article I would like to discuss in greater detail the types of goals and the importance of objectives which are actions needed to be completed in order to achieve each goal.

Short Term Goals - These types of goals are probably the easiest to write.  These are achievements that should have a 0-6 month timetable.  In other words what things would you like to accomplish for your business in the next day to 6 months.

Intermediate Term Goals - These would be things you want to have accomplished within 6 months to 1 year.

Long Term Goals - These would be things that you want to have accomplished within 1 to 3 years or longer.  These are the ones that are usually the boldest.  Remember "What Ever The Mind Can Conceive..It Can  Acheive" W. Clement Stone

One other thing very important when creating and writing down your goals.  They must be...

1. Conceiveable - You must be able to visualize them and the
    more specific and intense the vision the greater the
    motivation.

2. Believable - Must create a positive belief.

3. Desireable - It must be something you want to do not
    something you feel should do.  That inner motive will create
    to desire to act.

4. Achieveable - Must have the ability and resources to achieve
    it.

5. Measureable - It must be something that can easily be
    measured did you or did you not accomplish.

6. Controlable -

7. Committed - Stated with out alternatives and drives you to
    action.

8. Growth Facilitating - Constructive and developmental to self
    and others.

Objectives - These are the different actions you need to take in order to accomplish your Short Term, Intermediate Term and Long Term Goals. 

Remember very important the objectives must have time tables assigned for completion and the also must be measureable (did you or did you not accomplish stated objective yes or no).
