Programs) was founded in 1999 by Doug Williams. Doug began
an internet homebased business when he was no longer able to
work outside his home. He developed 10 free viral e-marketing courses
and offered many free tools, so that interested people might learn
to become successful netrepreneurs. His Moneylegs
Development Club, coupled with a family of opportunities for
success, allowed him to raise his family and send his children to
college. He was dubbed the father of traffic exchanges, as his
influence was widespread across the net. Unfortunately, Doug
died suddenly the end of May 2006. In August, the business was
purchased by GJWSolutions, LLC.
